Compressed gas/ explosion hazard:
Compressed gas cylinders must be handled with care. Damage can cause an explosion. Wear eye protection.
Close valve on top of the tank.
Disconnect regulator assembly from gas cylinder, using a 1 1/8” wrench.
Carefully store the regulator assembly in a safe location where it will not be damaged.
Replace protective cap on tank.
Either move the empty tank to another secure storage location or leave until it can be picked up.
Ensure the full cylinder is secure.
Connect regulator assembly to full cylinder, tightening the connection with a 1 1/8” wrench.
Conduct a quick leak test:
Open the cylinder via the valve at the top.
After the system has pressurized, turn off tank valve and note the pressure.
Wait one minute, and see if the pressure changes. If the pressure has dropped, tighten the connection fitting further.
